RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Please do not contact our social media accounts regarding your exchanges, they are separate support teams.

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase within 10 days after receiving your order, we will gladly offer you a The World Of INDAH store credit.  To be eligible for an exchange all items must be unworn, undamaged and returned in their original packaging.   All packaging, shipping or handling charges are non-refundable.

Please note, theworldofINDAH.com reserves the right to reject exchanges that are sent back or communicated outside of the exchange terms and items that are not in the same condition in which they were received. We are not responsible for custom fees on returns for customers who do not mark their returns properly on the customs form.

The World Of INDAH gift cards and merchandise/store credit are not refundable or redeemable for cash.

EXCLUSIONS

Customized items, items purchased with store credit, items received as an exchange and all sale items are FINAL SALE.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE ITEMS FROM MY ORDER?

Please forward your confirmation email to sales@theworldofindah.com with the subject line saying "EXCHANGE MY ORDER" and include your order number in the subject line, include the item(s) your exchanging and the reason in the body of the email.  Please note that customer is responsible to return shipping fees and must mark the item as a return so there are no additional customs fees.  If you wish we can provide you with a return shipping label and deduct the shipping fees when issuing your store credit.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE?

All exchanges must be made within 10 days of your purchase date on your receipt.  Only unused items that are returned in their original condition and packaging will be accepted.

I RECIEVED A DAMAGE ITEM WHAT DO I DO?

We are so sorry to hear that you received your order not in perfect condition, please contact us within 10 days to notify us of the issue so we can exchange the item for you.  Please forward your confirmation email to sales@theworldofindah.com with the subject EXCHANGE DAMAGED ITEM.  Include the item(s) damaged and what the issue is so we can fix the problem immediately.

CANCELATIONS/MODFY MY ORDER

If you would like to cancel or modify your order please contact us immediately.  We would be more then happy to update your order within 24 hours as long as your package has not shipped out yet.

 

CURRENCY

The currency used for all online sales are billed in USD and, as required by law, billed for tax for all residents of Canada. The tax amount is calculated per province.
